Step-by-Step Guide

1. Configure Environment: Select data center and enter admin credentials
2. Add Implementers: Either add manually one by one or upload a CSV file
3. Review & Submit: Check the summary and submit for processing
4. Monitor Progress: Watch real-time logs as implementers are created

CSV Format

Your CSV file should have these columns:

• First Name (required)
• Last Name (required)
• Username (required)
• Password (required)
• Role (optional)
• Permission columns (optional): Security Admin, CC Admin, VCR Manager, etc.

Permissions

Click the "Permissions" column to toggle individual permissions for each implementer:

• Security Administrator
• Customer Center Admin
• Certified Implementer
• VCR Manager
• Customer Center Access
• Production Access
• Tenant Access
